Where We Are

Black Bear Lodge is located approximately 100 miles north of Ottawa and about 180 miles north of Montreal. The lodge is only a mile and a half from the highway and no more than a mile from La Vérendrye Wildlife Reserve.

 
How to Get There

From Montreal, take Highway 15 north, then continue northward on Route 117. About ten miles after Grand Remous, turn right on Barrage Mercier Road and continue until you come to a secondary road with a sign indicating "Black Bear Lodge." Follow the signs.

From Ottawa, take Highway 5 north, then continue on Route 105 to Grand Remous. From there, go north on Route 117 to the Barrage Mercier Road, and continue until you come to a secondary road (about 10 miles) with a sign indicating "Black Bear Lodge." Follow the signs.
